Is there a way to change the boot devices order and name in OpenCore?

Hello guys! I'm actually using Sonoma 14.4.1 along with OpenCore 0.9.9.
I want to know 2 things - 1st, is there a way to change these boot devices names?
2nd, is there a way to change these boot devices order?
