Messed up the Stuck at Boot Fix

In a tough spot (I think)

I have a mid-2015 Macbook Pro and last week incidently auto-upgraded OpenCore to 1.4.3 from 1.4.2 and in doing so also next installed the new boot patch. This gave me the stuck at boot error. While attempting to fix it in SafeMode I incidently deleted OpenCore altogether while trying to downgrade it to 1.4.2.

Any options to be able to boot somehow to be able to download and install opencore 1.4.2 with an external drive etc?

Current state wont allow me into safemode since I cant boot Sonoma without OpenCore
