I just upgraded to macOS Monterey with OCLP and I am planning to eventually upgrade my RAM to 8GB, from the current 2GB (that was the number from system information prior to upgrading from El Capitan). Is there anything I should be aware of (asides from finding compatible/matching RAM) when upgrading? Also, is it possible to upgrade capacity past the stated limit of 8GB? I'm aware that it's possible with some macbooks, but I don't know about an iMac 9,1.
PS: I scrolled through the existing posts, just want to make double-sure.
