Realtek rtl8111 not working on MacOs Ventura

I installed MacOs Ventura on my system Ryzen 3 2200g iGpu, gigabyte a320m S2H mobo And couldn't get the ethernet to work, I tried installing all the versions of the rtl8111 kexts but still no luck, please help
