Which drive format for a dual boot drive shared between macos and windows ?

Hello

i installed windows 10 and macos ventura on separate ssd drive. I have this M2 nvme 2 to that I use for download folder and vst (music production mainly), but no os installed on it.

It is AFPS and I am having lots of difficulties opening iso, donwloading torrents (illegal bytes sequence it says), moving some folders etc. What would be the best drive format for this drive, that I would like to use when on windows AND macos ?
