iMac 17,1 (Late 2015). Failed internal SSD.
Loaded Somona onto external USB SSD.
Everything works except:
1) No external drives will mount apart from the boot drive. They are shown in System report, not in disk utility. I have tried around half a dozen drives, all drives are working on previous MacOS versions before Monterey (where the issue starts).
2) Bluetooth takes around ten minutes after startup to turn on.
Things of note:
1) The drives mount fine if I load parallels inside the OS that won't mount the drives, even if Parallels is running the same version of OS, so it seems to be some kinda security/permission issue? Perhaps with SIP?
2) The drives are not shown in Disk utility using recovery if I boot using the OpenCoreLegacy boot patch/efi or in safe mode. Internet recovery shows them fine.
3) One of the drives is a WD passport, the WD utilities software is able to see the drive and run all diagnostics, all pass, just the disk won't mount.
4) Disks are in all different formats, exFAT, NTFS, AFS and journaled.
