I have a dual-boot OS-X and Linux 2017 21.5" retina iMac. I get the full 4096x2304 pixels in OS-X, but only 3840x2160 pixels in Linux.
I think the problem is that I need to boot Linux directly from OCLP rather than just hand-over to the Linux bootloader, but not sure how to do that?
When I delete the EFI folders created by my Linux distribution OCLP doesn't see Linux at all.
It is related to this issue, but there is no discussion of a fix for Linux.
