Stuck on white Apple logo with no progress bar

Hello everybody,

So I bought a used hackintosh with a blank ssd.

I tried to create a bootable usb using this video:

I did everything he said, but when I plugged it in my hackintosh and tried to boot it, I get the gray Apple logo on a white background with no progress bar.

I disabled the secure boot and the fast boot, the previous owner already set everything up apparently.

I removed all usb’s except the keyboard.

Still, no changes, I tried to use different os versions, nothing.

Played around in the bios and set it back to default too.

My specs are:

Asus X99A-Il Mainboard 3GHz 8-Core Intel Xeon E5 64 GB DDR4-RAM Corsair Vengence 1666MHz AMD Sapphire R9...8GB Graphics
