Zoom is making my 2011 Macbook pro run really hot (90s). Any suggestions to keep it cool?

I changed the thermal paste and cleaned it out like 1.5 years ago. It's running Monterey. SSD, 16gb ram. Early 2011 13 inch. Regular things like typing this out has it at 66-70 degrees with the fan at the minimum 2000rpm.

But being in a zoom call (Recently having been in bunch with 60+ people) gets it up to the 90s with fans at 6200rpm and slows things down.

I know my mac doesn't have Metal, which would've helped - but what can i do, while keeping Monterey, to make this mac run cooler during zoom calls? Maybe there are graphical features I can perhaps disable? Nothing in Zoom settings that I've played with seems to help.

I don't want to get a new laptop just for Zoom calls :/ Please help!

Thanks all!
