2015 15" macbook pro. Sonoma has been working great...but battery life is...meh. Norm?

I'm getting around 3-4 hours of battery life with chrome related work apps and a youtube/netflix/etc video in the background but I'm only getting 3-4 hours of life at most. The battery is new. Stock SSD. Is this the norm for everyone else?
