Upgrade Trashcan to 14.5

Hi, i have a MacPro 2013 running on Sonoma 14.4.1 and i would like to upgrade it to 14.5, is it safe to do it from the system updater or do i need to do a full install ? Anyone who already try ? running OCLP 1.5.0
