Getting errors when creating the MacOS installer.

Trying to upgrade my 2017 iMac to Sonoma but I keep getting stuck creating the installer. I’ve got this error several times. I’ve tried two different usb drives. This vers 1.5.0

Can someone explain why this is happening? Thanks
