MacBook pro 13" mid2012: Sonoma installation problem

Hi!

I´m stuck at "less than 1 minute", which could be take a little longer, as i´ve learned, but its now 24 hours running. Is this normal? And i have some kind of screen saver (see pic) running. Is this normal too?
