OpenCore boot loader no longer an option in BIOS after installing Linux

Hi,

I've installed Linux Mint into a different SSD (alongside Windows). Now the Mac SSD drive does not appear as a boot option in the BIOS and I have to use the USB drive to access it.

How can I fix this?
