My MacBook Air 2017 seems to run cooler and smoother (given that the SSD or HDD is relatively fast), than the originally latest supported macOS Monterey from, like 3 years ago. That would run on this. Fan doesn't turn on that much, some animations are smoother and overall better performance!
Who else agrees?
