Mac system Restart issue

I'm facing this restart issue on my Mac M3 Pro, which has Sonoma 14.6. I've been advised to upgrade the OS to 15 Sequoia, but every time I try to install the OS, it restarts with the same error. The same happens for the 14.7.1 update. I'm very annoyed by this error because everything was working fine, and then one day it just started having this issue. I also ran a diagnostics test, and it showed an error code. Please let me know if there's any quick fix I can do to resolve this issue. I've attached screenshots of the error. The error traces back to the day I received my system.
