Still shows 🚫/prohibited symbol on 2009 imac/ imac 9,1 even after adding OCLP to usb efi

I have a 2009 imac that does not seem to be working with the usb 3.0 drive I have. I know it works because it worked with a 2010 imac. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there a way to fix this?
