2009 iMac10,1 stuck on boot (kernel panic) and services exiting because of SIGSEGV after installing Big Sur using the latest version of OCLP

I recently got this Late 2009 iMac (iMac10,1) and of course the first thing I wanted to do was to patch it to something newer than High Sierra. As I had had no issues with Big Sur and OCLP in the past, i decided to go ahead with that. It seems like the latest version of OCLP, 2.2.0, doesn't play nicely with Big Sur. What should I do? I also have a 2009 MacBook (MacBook6,1) running Big Sur patched with OCLP 2.1.0 and that one is running with no issue, so i'm not sure what's causing this issue on an iMac with similar hardware.
