2015 MacBook Pro crashes on Sequoia

I recently installed Sequoia 15.3 on my 2015 MacBook Pro with a i5 processor. Initially, it seems to be working fine. I did a fresh install. Now, when I startup, it freezes right after the Apple logo and progress bar. I boots fine in safe mode. Interestingly the display settings in about this Mac way off.
