A Couple Questions from a First Time Installer

Hello,

I've just installed OpenCoreLegacyPatcher and it's running great, but I have a few questions and was wondering if anyone could help me out.

My first question is about a clean install. Is it much better than the one over MacOS Ventura? The reason I ask is because I didn't do a clean install just to test it and it's running so good that I wonder if I should do a clean install or not.

The second question is that I have an icon called Install MacOS on my Launchpad with an interrogation point and I can't delete it or do anything with it? Did I do something wrong or it's like that?

The third question is about the boot sequence. Every time I boot my computer I see the Mac icon like if I pressed the option button while booting then it goes automatically to boot MacOS. Did I do something wrong or is it like that?
