Initially I installed Sequoia 15.3 on a 2015 MBP i5 without a hitch after a disk utility wipe. When I restarted, it froze and would only boot in safe mode. Yes I apple patches. So I decided to start over. I created a new macOS installer, applied patches to the usb, wiped the drive and installed Sequoia. When it went to restart after installing, it freezes. Where do I go from there?
