Getting error "Download Failed: Connection Broken" when trying to install MacOs Ventura

I fear it may be my bootcamp partition as I read something online about EFI partitions causing this problem. Or it could be something else. Not sure where to go from here but I'm willing to troubleshoot to try and update my Mid 2015 Intel Macbook Pro to MacOs Ventura
