help me fix the sequioa update problem on macbook pro mid 2013 😭😭

hello please help me I installed sequoia on macbook pro mi 13. it asked me to install the available update. since then my macbook remains stuck on this screen what can I do. please help me I have files on the macbook that I don't want to lose😭😭
