Is it possible to spoof machine ID/model for other programs, to prevent software intentionally refusing to work on older hardware?

Recently finished installing and patching Ventura on a almost new and upgraded Mac Mini late 2012, been running great for now.

Problem is some programs will refuse to run based on system identifiers, be it, serial number, computer model, motherboard info, or others, even though a supported mac os version is installed. Fusion 360 being the one in question, but I'm sure there are other applications or there will be, with such restrictions.

Any theories or suggestions are welcome!
