Stuck Creating APFS Volume

I successfully booted but my Disk Utility gets stuck at “Creating APFS Volume”.

Yes the same happens when using Terminal.

SSD Nvme: XPG GAMMIX S70 BLADE

Installing Monterey, but the same happened with all other versions of MacOS.

System: -HP Zbook Fury G8 (laptop) -CPU Intel i7 11850H Tiger Lake -GPU Radeon Pro W6600M 8Gb -SMBios set to iMacPro1,1
