today I downgraded my MBA 2017 to MacOS Ventura. When I set everything up the popup to install OPCL didn’t come. I can’t find the app in the launchpad nor through Spotlight. I need to to some root patches because nothing is really working. I can’t download it again because every webpage is blank. What can I do? Please help
