OCLP 2.4.0 network problem

Hi, I recently got a refurbished MBA early 2015 13”. When running oclp 2.4.0 just to “create a macOs installer” after clicking and choose the latest OS this message appeared. It’s similarly to the others OS (ventura, sonoma..) Nb: I have a good network
