MacBook Pro Retina Late 2013 Opinion.

I have a Late 2013 MacBook Pro Retina. I want to upgrade the operating system so that primarily I can use CapCut on my computer, watch videos, play Balatro and have an efficient and effective computer.

Which operating system in your professional opinion would you recommend I upgrade too or would recommend I stay with Big Sur?
