OCLP for iMac (Late 2015)

I'm looking to upgrade my iMac (27-inch, Late 2015) and would appreciate current advice on the best macOS version to install using OpenCore Legacy Patcher.

Specs:Model: iMac 17,1 (Late 2015, 27-inch Retina 5K) CPU: 4GHz i7 Memory: 16 GB GPU: AMD Radeon R9 M395X Storage: 500GB Flash Storage

I know all three versions are supported, but I’m trying to know which one would you recommend for me to install. Thank you!
