2015 15" macbook pro on Sonoma displaying a "sleep" bug where the computer would randomly turn off while the battery still has good battery

I use Teams at work, so Sonoma/Sequoia is required. Should I downgrade back to Monterey? I installed the original apple battery to see if this bug was related to my new battery I installed
