I have successfully installed sequoia with haswell laptop dual gpu kepler k1100m / intel 4600 hd but i cannot use the nvdia gpu idk why

Hello dears , i could finally managed to install sequoia OS with laptop hp zbook g2 corei7 4810qm with dual gpu ( nvdia quadro k1100m / intel 4600 ) but when i patch kepler using oclp i stuck on opencore verbose code and and when use intel 4600 patch it works normally , i WANTED TO use nvdia instead due to higher performance PLEASE I WANT ANY HELP OR GUIDANCE to I have 2 issues remaining: 1- I cannot use the nvdia gpu 2- no sound working
