3 options in the boot selector

The classic conundrum got the best of me and I'm installing MacOS 14 on a Lenovo Think book 15 IIL, I'm certain I did everything right, double checked everything but when I finally saw this screen, there's no option for "install macos" or sum. I have hit space, it's not HideAuxiliary. My options are 1. Windows 2. EFI (dmg) And 3. Reset NVRAM I found nothing in the FAQ. help Thanks :3
