Help please! OCLP sequoia on iMac working for months then this screen happened.

On my iMac (2015 mid) I had OCLP Sequia installed on an external ssd and running great for 1/2 a year but this morning it won’t boot into the os. Is there anything I can do? I’m afraid I might have to redo it all again. what my screen says
