ThinkPad t530

I have ThinkPad as in title and I wanted to install macOS on it to learn little bit of swift. It has intel i5 3320m, 300GB of HDD, 8GB of ram. Which macOS will support it on usable level without any excess amount of pain in the ass? And can you recommend any tutorial how to install it because I’ve never installed hackintosh
