Completly removing windows, and installing macOS Sierra on HP Pavilion 510......[help please :]

Hello guys! I'm working on a awesome project to remove windows and put on macOS on it and that when you turn on the computer BOOM you see the apple preloader! I am going to do some graphic design (sketch https://sketchapp.com/ [pro, easy to use graphoc design software for mac]) with it, and use GarageBand with a MIDI I want it to work nice and smooth. Iv'e been working on this for quite a while i ran it on virtual box but now its time to take it to the next level using macOS with NO PROBLEM (like im using a macbook)! So the computer is a HP Pavilion 510-P114, It has:

Please someone tell me if when i put macOS Sierra on it, i will be able to run it smooth with performing the tasks that i said above, and hopefully if it will be able, how i can erase windows completely and put on macOS sierra Thanks A LOT, Mendel!!!
