Little help getting a usb for my hackintosh

So my last part for my hackintosh is getting in tomorrow and I'm faced with a dilema My friend who was gonna lend me their macbook is leaving town for family reason and I know you can make one with a VM but I've been having problems starting a VM for it. If anyone could help me that would be wonderful. I suppose I could wait for them to return but idk how long they'll be gone.
