I'm having trouble getting a GTX 1060 to work

So I've read a lot of forums with a lot of advice on the tonymac forums but haven't yet found a solution to my problem. Here's my config.plist

• I'm on 10.12.6
• I've installed the web drivers for 10.12.6 (16G29) 378.05.05.25f01
• I have a Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD5H with an i5 processor
• In addition to the 1060 I also have a GTX 660ti

When I go to the nvidia driver manager it says that I'm using the web drivers but the in display settings the only settings available are 1024x768 and my other monitor doesn't show up.

My GTX 660ti was showing up by name in the system profile but after I updated the drivers it just shows a generic nVidia card label.

Not sure if any of that info is helpful.
