Problems with dual booting Sierra and Windows 10

Ive been having some strange problems with dual-booting windows 10 and OSX Sierra. I'll try to lay out the process of dual-booting I have gone through so far:

  1. Installed OSX sierra using UEFI
  2. Partition the HDD so Windows has a place to install
  3. Created a windows 10 UEFI install disk using Rufus
  4. Windows 10 is installed on the second partition.
  5. Clover bootloader is made the priority by changing the /EFI//MICROSOFT/BOOT/bootmgfw.efi file to bootmgfw.efi.bak

My problem is that when my computer boots into clover, there is no option to boot into windows. Is there something going wrong in my process above? One thing to mention is that my BIOS has no functionality to prioritize UEFI boot devices
