Upgrading Motherboard on Hackintosh, any suggestions?

I built my Hackintosh over 5 years ago and I'm looking to only upgrade the Motherboard, if possible, and would like some input on which motherboard will give me--

*Thunderboldt 3 *USB-C *DDR4 Memory Slots

Here's what I currently have:

MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Q77M-D2H Processor: Intel i5-3570K Quad-Core 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 Graphics: GeForce GT 640 2048MB GDDR3 Power Supply: CORSAIR|500W CMPSU

I don't play any games on my computer, so I don't mind that my current graphics card is old.

I'm currently looking at this MOBO (GA-Z170X-UD5 TH). Any feedback is appreciated! Also, since both of these motherboards are LGA 1151 Socket, can I just swap and run High Sierra?

Budget is around $200, but flexible.
