What cable do I need for this adapter?

I have purchased this adapter from Aliexpress: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/BCM94360CSAX-BCM943602CS-BCM94331csax-WLAN-Card-to-PCI-e-1x-16x-Desktop-PC-WIFI-WLAN-card-adapter/32739603280.html

Unfortunately, I don't have that black cable. AFAIK, in order for Bluetooth to work I have to link the PCI adapter to mobo.

Do you know what type of cable is this? Any code for this particular cable or link where I can order it separately?
