Working combo wireless PCI-E card for high sierra based Hackintosh

I have been searching for a wireless combo card for my Hackintosh for a couple of months, every time I decide to order one from Aliexpress I find issues with that particular card on almost all forums. So I have to finally ask a question if there is any combo card which is working fine on high sierra (both BT and Wifi on MacOS+Windows)
