Does G-Sync not work with 10.13.4?

So I have my Mac OS 10.13.4 running relatively smoothly but as soon as I enable g-sync I can see a very light flickering across the display. I restarted the computer and everything was freezing so I disabled it and everything went back to normal... what’s up with that? Thanks
