[HELP] Hackintosh No Longer Working

Z370 AORUS ULTRA GAMING 2.0

Samsung 860 Evo 500GB

i7-8700k

16Gb DDR4 RAM

EVGA 1070Ti 8GB

Disclaimer: I'm still a Hackintosh noob, so give me a break.

Around 3 months ago I built this PC with no issues. Smooth macOS High Sierra install with everything working (for the last 3 months) I changed nothing about the computer, and one day it stopped booting macOS. I was dual booting macOS and Windows 10 from the same SSD with no issues, and Win10 continued working after macOS didn't. So I tried what I thought was everything before formatting the SSD and starting from scratch. EVEN AFTER doing so, i'm still running into the same problems.

Again, I changed no settings in clover pre-crash, and no BIOS settings. I have my unibeast created drive plugged in, get to clover booter, but never past the Apple logo and loading bar. Before formatting the drive the loading bar would stop half way and never get further (even after 10+ hours) I'm fully expecting to have someone tell me to change one thing and it get fixed, but I have no other answers.

Any answers are helpful. Please let me know what further info I can provide as well.
