It wasn't that hard to get a Hackintosh booting and stable. I've spent a lot of hours trying to get USB 3 working with no luck. Now I see you can get cheap PCi usb cards. I go back and forth between wanting a perfect hackintosh, thinking the USB 2 is good enough or thinking I should just buy my way out of the problem with a usb 3 PCi card.
Initially I had a problem getting audio to work so I bought a cheap usb audio adaptor and it's fine.
So should I spend the 8 hours it Might take to learn XML and add another .asl to my config.plist or just buy an adaptor? It's hard to decide. I guess limited PCi slots might decide the question?
