ok, so I've tried to install macOS high sierra for almost a month now but I haven't had any major success with is so far. It's either that the graphics card isn't showing after web drivers or that there are visual artifacts, only showing 8mb of VRAM and all kinds of other things.
Specs
intel i-7700k @ 4,2 Asus PRIME z270-k ver 1207 Samsung 850 EVO Series 1TB MSI GTX 1080 8GB Fractal Design - Define C Black ~
What I've tried
disk: https://i.imgur.com/TVGtJqF.jpg
nbsp;
(EFI macOS Windows Win-recovery)
bios settings are
serial port off,
intel virtualization on,
primary display PCI/e, and
secure boot off with other os
I've tried to install without the graphics card and that worked and the Intel integrated graphics showed 1600~mb vram and everything was fine until I put in the graphics card, then it went to a lower resolution or didn't boot at all.
I use UniBeast to create the USB (UEFI mode) and install it on my second partition (tho panning to get another SSD for hackintoshin soon). Once done I boot the install disk and format the partition to macOS extended journal and install it there. once rebooted I boot into fire vault and it keeps installing. once done with that I can boot into normal mode and finish the setup. If I check "about this mac" it says Intel graphics 1600 MB if I didn't use my graphics card and NVIDIA something something 8mb. If I install the web drivers nothing changes, using a script nor with the pkg.
so, please, if you have the same specs or anything that could help, please post a comment so that I can finally get a working Hackintosh
