I'm planning on buying the 2700x, since Intel pricing has gone really high due to non availability and AMD provides a better price to performance ratio. I would mainly use the PC for gaming and a little Xcode(iOS development) on the macOS. Now since the current 20 series Nvidia cards don't have any compatible drivers, will the macOS be usable? because I believe ryzen CPUs don't have any integrated graphics like Intel, I just want to use Xcode, don't want to do any video rendering.
Any help is appreciated.
