Is there an easy way to back up the Clover/EFI partition?

I usually back up my hackintosh using SuperDuper, but this only backs up the MacOS installation.

Is there a straightforward way to back up the Clover/EFI partition, or to recover a previous Clover version if booting up is unsuccessful?
