Looking for guidance on my next Hack build

I want to kit out a mid-level machine and looking for advice. Something that will work with minimum KEXT gymnastics. Would need enough slots to support the below:

• Sleep will work :)
• Supports dual M.2 storage so I can dual boot.
• I have a Vega 64, so I'd like to support that.
• USB 3.1. I have a USB C port on my current MoBo [Gigabyte - GA-Z170MX-Gaming 5 Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard] but I don't see USB3.1 speeds from it
• Thunderbolt 3. Preferably native on-board support.

I have a Fenvi FV-T919A that has WiFi and supports all the modern OSX features (Hand-off etc.) perfectly. So I can drop that on a new board, unless there is a board that meets all of the above and has native support for all those goodies.

Curious what the current best build is that could meet my requirements and have room to grow!
