Hi,
I've tried about every avenue over the past week through OSXLatitude for resetting the password to my account or setting up a new one, and have had no luck. Emails to reset my password don't send, confirmation emails for setting up a new account don't send, Contact Us messages supposedly "send" but after a day and no "support ticket" or any email back showing that I've emailed them, I've turned to the subreddit for help.
Checking the subreddit someone posted about this issue 15 days ago, and checking OSXLatitude's Facebook page this seems to have been an issue for other people as well for around 20 weeks or so.
If someone who has an account there could just help me out and send me files over PM, that would be fantastic. I am requesting the two zip files listed here named "E7440_Hotpatches" and "E7440_Mojave", I would be greatly appreciative.
