Questions about access osx files

So I recently hit a wall getting a applealc kp that I can't wrap my head around

So I was think about just getting the files off my hardrive and star fresh with blank drives is there anyway for me to access the files from my osx drives seeing as I can't boot into osx but I can still get into my windows partition all help would be great
